She Wears High Heels, I Wear Sneakers!

So lately I've noticed something: When I'm not at work, I look like a teenage avatar no matter what I wear! I wasn't originally going to do a post for this outfit, I just thought it was cute, but I decided, meh why not?

So first of all, the dress. The owner of Tiny Bird has started making clothes lately, and I have a few of her dresses (thanks to a special 50L Friday pre-release), and I adore them! They're so cute and summery, so I decided to throw one on and put it together with some cutesy things, like the socks and the hair. And for the first picture I HAD to use this cute pose that came with a balloon attachment!


And for this pose, it kinda fits the look I was going for, so I had to use it!

A Little Preview and Big News!

Okay, yes I know I promised more posts, but Ade and I have once again been busy with things that have kept us from our blog. Our main store at HodgePodge Mall had to close because the mall itself closed... confusing situation for a lot of people but we've been doing our best to handle it, as have the other store owners that had their mainstores there. For now we only have our Starlust location, which is still amazing because um hello it's Starlust! Lol

Okay now on to the post. So lately like I said Ade and I have been busy little bees working on something very exciting, which you can probably guess it from the second picture here... I'm engaged in SL, so I couldn't resist sneaking a pic of my engagement ring in here! Hey you can't blame a girl for being excited right? :)

Sooooo I'm giving y'all a little preview of the pose set I finally got around to making, just cause I'm nice like that. One problem though, I have no idea what to call it! So until I decide on a name for it, I can't release it. :(

We're not quite sure how we came to the decision of jeans and party dresses, but then most our decisions are random, so it could've been anything...

Here's our casual jeans look, as you can see, and there are so many things you can do with a good pair of jeans! We used an awesome skybox from [Baustein] for the background, and the furniture in it is sooo cute!
Then we decided to get "all dolled up" (lol) and put on some cute dresses for another picture, and for a background we used the ballet bar from the Glitterati Ballet Poses set. Oh and I should mention, there's a 50% off sale at Glitterati until after the upcoming Pose Fair, so go pick up some of these great poses while they're still available!

Into the Black

Okay, so I know it's been awhile since this blog was updated, but that's been due to RL situations out of mine and Ade's control.
Now onto the post! :P
So last night I was going through my inventory and before I knew it, I'd thrown together this outfit! One of my best friends Christa (who also has an amazing blog, found here! ) invited me to her house and I got the chance to play with her copy of the Into the Black pose prop from Glitterati! I thought some of the poses went perfectly with this outfit, so I couldn't resist snapping a few pics in it hehe.






I love love LOVE this lace mask thingie also, I think it wraps up the outfit pretty nicely. I got it from one of the lucky boards at Kenzie&Co. so goooo get it while it's still there!




I then realized I like never wear any accessories other than my glasses, so I decided to step out of my comfort zone a little and wear some, including these awesome earrings I got as a rezzday gift. :) And, I rediscovered these eyes I got a looong time ago on Xstreet but I forgot I had them! Don't you just love finding cute stuff in your inventory you forgot you had?

'Cause I feel like such an insomniac

One of my many favorite songs and seeing as Sarah nor I have gone to sleep yet the line fits perfectly. Welcome to our blog. I'm not the best at intros or explaining why I do anything. But I love to shop and I find some very cute things and Sarah is the same, so we though why the heck not start a blog.
