So I've been putting off this post for days. I've been sick, which generally makes me feel lazy and blah and I don't really want to do anything, and I've been slowly editing the pictures, doing maybe one every day. They didn't take that long to edit really, I just put it off for no reason.

Aaaaanyway, onto the post! So as you all know, I am in LOVE with Atomic skins! They're always win in my book, and when she put out a new line of her Audri skins, I couldn't resist fatpacking them! I only wore one for this post, but I'm sure I will be blogging the others in the near future!


And these headphones... I love them! They're from the recent Gatcha festival, I only played Katat0nik's gatcha machine once and got the color I wanted! Score!


Also, these shorts, I saw them in Kissy and Chilla's blog, and I had to have them!! Haha


I got lazy with editing the last picture, so y'all could actually see the outfit! I'm in love. The hair is a new release from fri.day, I always LOVE their hair!! And the jacket is Atomic's gift from the Platinum Hunt, which ended yesterday (sadface) and I'm happy I got it! It's worth so much more than the 10L I paid for it!

Alone In This Fight with Herself..

I don't really know where to begin with this post, so I'm just gonna talk for a minute. First off, I'm in LOVE with this skin! (and yes, I realize I say that a lot hehe) Atomic skins are ALWAYS win, and according to Ade this skin is "made for me"

Cheer Up Sleepy Jean

So lately I've been feeling inspired by vintage-y looks. I've always loved vintage things, like old Hollywood and glamour and things like that. So, with the help of these two amazing hairdos from Tiny Bird, I was able to put together two fantastic looks that, to me, look vintage with a modern twist. And I was browsing my friend Kello's blog, and I loved the pictures she took in the Drowsy sim, so I decided to have a look around there myself and found some cool little buildings and things there, perfect for backgrounds of pictures!





The first look I think is sort of a masquerade/party/costume-ish look, it's a little more dressy with the tights and the shiny pumps (I like shiny things.. lol)



The second look is a bit more dialed down, kinda like a 1940s or 1950s housewife kinda look, but like the prim and proper perfectionist housewife who wears gloves all the time so she can tell if dust collects on her furniture or something..

Hey Soul Sister

So for this post, I was contemplating whether to do it alone or not, then my friend Lorelai logged on and she looked so cute so I thought I'd ask her to do a post with me, and she said yes!

IFW 2010 Part 1

Sooo since I'm a blogger, I got the opportunity to go to a blogger's preview of International Fashion Week 2010, and the designers put out special creations for the upcoming Relay For Life event. This first look is a bikini from [[[ SWANSONG ]]]. It comes in 6 colors, I'm wearing it in aqua. This bikini is so perfect for the summer, and I've been longing for a new one and this one is perfect!

The third and final look is a dress from Purple Moon Creations, I love how this dress is detailed, and I love the dark almost medieval feel to it.

She Wears High Heels, I Wear Sneakers!

So lately I've noticed something: When I'm not at work, I look like a teenage avatar no matter what I wear! I wasn't originally going to do a post for this outfit, I just thought it was cute, but I decided, meh why not?

So first of all, the dress. The owner of Tiny Bird has started making clothes lately, and I have a few of her dresses (thanks to a special 50L Friday pre-release), and I adore them! They're so cute and summery, so I decided to throw one on and put it together with some cutesy things, like the socks and the hair. And for the first picture I HAD to use this cute pose that came with a balloon attachment!


And for this pose, it kinda fits the look I was going for, so I had to use it!

A Little Preview and Big News!

Okay, yes I know I promised more posts, but Ade and I have once again been busy with things that have kept us from our blog. Our main store at HodgePodge Mall had to close because the mall itself closed... confusing situation for a lot of people but we've been doing our best to handle it, as have the other store owners that had their mainstores there. For now we only have our Starlust location, which is still amazing because um hello it's Starlust! Lol

Okay now on to the post. So lately like I said Ade and I have been busy little bees working on something very exciting, which you can probably guess it from the second picture here... Happy Easter everyone!! I hope everyone's day was amazing!

So in honor of the holiday and all, I decided to put on a couple of bunny outfits and venture out of my house for once to take a couple of pictures! :D

Also.. I should point this out: This weekend was NOT a good weekend for those who like to actually save their money, with 50L Friday, new Truth hair, and of course the opening of the Pose Fair!! So of course, being a blogger, I had to take advantage of all 3 of these events!

Now onto the clothes. So this first outfit is your typical cutesy bunny outfit, I found it in my inventory and thought it fit in perfectly with the background of this cute sim! And of course, I had to pair it with this adorable new hair from Truth, the flower is so cute and Spring-y I love it!



This other outfit is for the more non-traditional type who celebrates Easter but doesn't want to be all cutesy. I got it at this week's 50L Friday, I LOVE it! And the skates are tooo cute.

Feeling Vulnerable..

So this weekend wasn't easy for me emotionally. Many things happened that made my good mood turn bad almost instantly. These things made me feel vulnerable, like I wanted my inner child to come out and to curl up into a ball and cry, so I let it happen.

Everybody wants to be loved every once in awhile,
We all need someone to hold on to just like a helpless child.

I felt like a helpless child this weekend, longing for someone or something to hold on to... I hope those things that happened to me never happen again.

Camping Fun!

You know that feeling when SL gets too stressful and you just need to get away? Well that's how me and Ade felt yesterday, so we rezzed an awesome skybox and hid out in it for awhile. Instead of being alone, however, we invited our AWESOME friend Kello over to hide out with us! And she brought her male alter ego as well. :)



So we sat around the campfire for awhile, just chatting about music and tents!





Then we decided to move to a spot that was a bit darker away from the campfire and stargaze for awhile, with the help of this pose that was made by Kello! Isn't she talented?

Jeans and party dresses, polar opposites I know, but me and Ade are just random like that! :D

Another oh so random yet oh so AWESOME person is our friend Topi, who we decided needed to share this post with us!

We're not quite sure how we came to the decision of jeans and party dresses, but then most our decisions are random, so it could've been anything...

Here's our casual jeans look, as you can see, and there are so many things you can do with a good pair of jeans! We used an awesome skybox from [Baustein] for the background, and the furniture in it is sooo cute!
Then we decided to get "all dolled up" (lol) and put on some cute dresses for another picture, and for a background we used the ballet bar from the Glitterati Ballet Poses set.
