Hey Soul Sister

So for this post, I was contemplating whether to do it alone or not, then my friend Lorelai logged on and she looked so cute so I thought I'd ask her to do a post with me, and she said yes!

I also helped her out, she wanted a new skin, and refuses to wear anything but the Tuli skins from The Dressing Room, so I helped her out and bought it for her! :)

My skin is one of the new ones from Atomic. I had the exclusive Stumblebum makeup that she put out a couple of weeks ago, and I decided I couldn't live without this skin in my SLife!

The sun is rising and the day is here!

It's summer!! WOOHOO!! This means time for a little sun, a little fun, and maybe a little love, who knows what will happen? :D

So for this post I went with two looks. I was looking through my inventory and found this bikini that I got like forever ago, and I love the details and the color, it's so cute and summery! And this skin looks so perfect with it, I don't think I'll be taking it off for awhile! (And yes, I know I recently blogged it, but it's such a good summer skin!)



The second look is a bit more covered, all of the items in this look are from Surf Co., I love going there for quite a bit of my summer clothes, the textures are amazing and everything there is something I'd wear in RL, so it's perfect!

The third picture, I was bored and decided to get a little creative with editing it, I was careful to not distort things too much so you could still see how cute this tank top and hair is.. Haha :)

She Wears High Heels, I Wear Sneakers!

So lately I've noticed something: When I'm not at work, I look like a teenage avatar no matter what I wear! I wasn't originally going to do a post for this outfit, I just thought it was cute, but I decided, meh why not?

So first of all, the dress. The owner of Tiny Bird has started making clothes lately, and I have a few of her dresses (thanks to a special 50L Friday pre-release), and I adore them! They're so cute and summery, so I decided to throw one on and put it together with some cutesy things, like the socks and the hair. And for the first picture I HAD to use this cute pose that came with a balloon attachment!


And for this pose, it kinda fits the look I was going for, so I had to use it!

EmJay New Releases!!

First of all, I would like to give a BIG thank you to Magen Jigsaw for releasing these super cute clothes and I'm very appreciative that since I'm a blogger I got them for free! So Magen, again, thank you so very much!

So when I saw these clothes on me, I fell in love. I've been longing for cute shorts to wear this summer, and I have a feeling I won't be taking them off anytime soon. And the tank tops are cute cute CUTE! The colors are adorable, and they're totally something I'd wear in RL. I got all of the new releases, and I tried my best to show them all, I think I pictured them all, and if not then I'm sure you'll see me in them, either in another post or in-world.. LOL!








Also, I recently learned about a store called The Dressing Room, it's where a bunch of designers take an item (or a few items) and sell them at a waaaaaay discounted price, I got this Tuli skin for 65L! I was excited, this skin like embodies a summer tan perfectly, and I'm pale as can be in RL so I thought this skin was perfect for me! Haha :D (Psst Tuli has other great skins as well! Go look and I know you won't be sorry!)

Also, 2 more things before I get to the details: One, Poetic Colors is having a half-off sale, and I'm not sure how much longer it's going on so I say go while you have the chance! Two, fri.day is having a HUGE sale! Like epically huger than huge! ALL of their stuff is marked down to either 50L, 75L, or 100L, and some of their items are permanently discounted! That store is my obsession, and I've spent over 1,000L there already. The sale runs until the 12th, and they'll be coming out with new releases while the sale is going on, AND the releases will be at the sale price until the sale is over, so the lag is SO worth it!! :D

Happy Easter everyone!! I hope everyone's day was amazing!

So in honor of the holiday and all, I decided to put on a couple of bunny outfits and venture out of my house for once to take a couple of pictures! :D

Also.. I should point this out: This weekend was NOT a good weekend for those who like to actually save their money, with 50L Friday, new Truth hair, and of course the opening of the Pose Fair!! So of course, being a blogger, I had to take advantage of all 3 of these events!

Now onto the clothes. So this first outfit is your typical cutesy bunny outfit, I found it in my inventory and thought it fit in perfectly with the background of this cute sim! And of course, I had to pair it with this adorable new hair from Truth, the flower is so cute and Spring-y I love it!



This other outfit is for the more non-traditional type who celebrates Easter but doesn't want to be all cutesy. I got it at this week's 50L Friday, I LOVE it! And the skates are tooo cute.

Also!!! Camping Fun!

You know that feeling when SL gets too stressful and you just need to get away? Well that's how me and Ade felt yesterday, so we rezzed an awesome skybox and hid out in it for awhile. Instead of being alone, however, we invited our AWESOME friend Kello over to hide out with us! And she brought her male alter ego as well. :)



So we sat around the campfire for awhile, just chatting about music and tents!





Then we decided to move to a spot that was a bit darker away from the campfire and stargaze for awhile, with the help of this pose that was made by Kello! Isn't she talented?
